What we cannot help with
We are a publisher, not a software company. We cannot access, unlock or reset anyone's account, recover a forgotten master password, or deal with billing, subscriptions or refunds for any third-party app mentioned on this site — please contact that company's support team directly. And please never send us passwords, recovery codes or any other login details. We do not want them and cannot use them.

We are a small team without a call centre. The phone number above is answered during Lithuanian business hours; at other times email will reach us faster. Privacy requests are handled in the order they arrive and within the time limits set out in our Privacy Policy.
